Cypress Woods RV Resort in Ft. Myers
After our awesome summer trip and a month or so at home we decided to go south for the winter. Yes, we left north central Florida and joined the “snowbird” flock in beautiful Ft. Myers. Our home base for the winter was Cypress Woods RV Resort where we own an RV lot. We originally intended to spend 2 months there but had so much fun that we spent 4 1/2 months. The resort is gorgeous, the people friendly, and the activities abundant. We went to dinners and dances, frequented the Wednesday evening food trucks, learned to play pickle ball, participated in water aerobics, attempted some line dancing, pilates, and yoga. There were so many activities available that it was hard to choose. When we finally did have to go home it was hard to say goodbye to our new friends.
